I think your Tepache is a great beverage - good for thirst, super companion to meals big or small, flavors not over powering or fake tasting, not too bubbly but good bubbly, super flavor combos. Only drawback for me is the Erithytol. I am not a fan of these kind of sweetners

This is an awesome drink - it's sweet enough but not too sweet, with a little spiciness added on top, but not too spicy. Great by itself or with a splash of tequila. Really enjoy it with Mexican food.

This is our household's favorite flavor and we have ordered several times. Despite all my previous orders arriving in dry ice or cold packs, this order arrived hot to the touch with no insulation or cold packs. I found this strange so I contacted Customer Support since it was my understanding De La Calle Tepache needed to be refrigerated due to the probiotics and to protect their integrity and the overall quality of the product. The official website also indicates that the product needs to be refrigerated. Customer Support told me it was a cost cutting measure and they still " recommend that you store your Tepache refrigerated". Seems pretty suspect to recommend or suggest refrigeration for a product that has live probiotics and then deliver a hot product and not be willing to replace it. Especially considering the cost of the the product you would expect to receive fresh. Very disappointing and we are not sure if we will order again.
